Love was too much for us to take. It changed us without even noticing it. We endured pain for too long, we became sadists and masochists.

And no we’re not like this before. We used to be so young and carefree, we thought our love will last until eternity. We used to be so innocent for love hasn’t found its way to be complicated yet, but then it happened. Complications I never thought will occur. Things are so complicated that our love was not enough to save us from falling to the depth of uncertainty. We fell and we broke. We can’t pick each other up and it’s frustrating how this ends. It’s frustrating that what we started a year ago can no longer be glued back together now. And I can’t help but blame myself. I can’t help pointing at myself all the faults that caused us this. I was too curious that it killed me. I was too innocent that I can no longer see the signs around me. I was so indulged about things and now see where it got me. This is where I belong now and wherever you are I know you feel the same way. We were like twins, we think of the same things in different ways. But we knew that we were one. And right now I can’t think of the things to do without you. You’re gone and we’ve parted ways. And just like the song that I keep playing on my phone “When love and trust are gone I guess this is moving on.” We lost it. I already knew right at that moment that you and I can no longer be together. It hurts but we can’t do anything about it for love should not be destructive, love should not build walls to part two persons, love should not be painful that every time you talk you hear a crack sound in your chest. No.

Love is not like that. Love is the acceptance of the things that can never be, love is about building bridges, discovering mountains, love should make you feel contented even if you’re not together anymore.
