Time of the New Era

As I walk in the path of darkness

My soul, my mind, my feelings got all numb

Never thought it would drive me to madness

Sanity that's left inside me got dumped

Society equals ferocity

It makes me wonder why I'm still alive

It pushed me hard to animosity

And someone like me could never abide

Pleasing people is a "must" to be free

Free from the lambasting of the purists

New era which you can never flee

So be strong and be one of the realists

As I enter the world of the unjust

Hope that's left inside begins to combust.
