Dear You,

Sad to say, you're no longer my fave person. No longer my 11:11 wish. No longer my favorite IG subject. No longer my happy pill. But it's fine. I'm fine.

It was sad to know that you gave up when all this time I thought you'd stay. I was wrong when I thought you'd stand by me no matter how long the wait is and no matter how scared I am to try. I was wrong when I believed that you'll be my sunshine despite the rains, my blanket of stars in the cold darkness, my favorite part of the day...but yeah, it's fine. I'm fine.

Matches ignite and create bright flames that dance beautifully, but they burn out; just like what happened to you and me. We were matchsticks who burnt out. But then again, it's fine. I'm fine.

I'll continue to be fine...I'll continue to live. You're one charming memory I'll never forget; a memory created and will never be tainted with regret. You might not be the best, but you'll always be one of my favorites. I hope you're fine with that. Coz I am.
