Uncertainties in Life

"The older I get, the surer I am that I'm not running the show. We draw people towards us not by loudly discrediting what they believe, by telling them how wrong they are and how right we are, but by showing them a light that is so enchanting that they want with all their hearts to know the source of it. Our hearts are very much like the sea; it has its storms, its tides and its depths; it has its pearls too.
I've dreamt in my life; dreams that have stayed with me ever after and changed my ideas; they've gone through and through me, like wine through water, and altered the colour of my mind.
My story isn't sweet and harmonious, like invented stories. It tastes of folly and bewilderment, of madness and dream, like the life of all people who no longer want to lie to themselves. There is no exquisite beauty without some strangeness in the proportion.
I quietly slip away from the noisy crowd when I see the pale stars rising, blooming, over the oaks. I pursue solitary pathways through the pale twilit meadows with only one dream: to let go of how I thought my life should be, and embracing the life that is trying to work its way into my consciousness. So this is the part where I'm supposed to tell you it's not scary. Well, it is. But Fear is natural, fear is good- it just means you're growing.
Don't worry if you have built your castles in the air. They are where they should be. Now put the foundations under them."
