Welcome To Future

Info

“Hello”, a monotonous robotic voice beamed in my living room. “I am Rebcca Philangi and your history test today deals with concepts of human evolution in last 1000 years. There will be three questions for each student. Let me warn you about the rules again. You are not allowed to have silica chips for help. You know we have sensors everywhere so I request you to not even try. You have to score above 60% and despite your deep rooted belief that human history is nothing but gibberish stewn together, these grades will help you be eligible for healthcare. You don’t want the government thinking your life is not worth saving. Also, I don’t think anyone of you wants to stay on Earth. It’s your only chance to escape.”

As she finished her monolouge I wondered what would happen if I couldn’t pass my Human Life Eligibility Criteria and the thought gave me shudder down my spine.

“I hope you are ready. Your first question is- Who was the first AI robot?”

I rolled my eyes so hard, they hurt. Ofcourse, the question about their glorious robotic empire would come.

“Sieara. Sieara Hearts. Born in 2144.”

That’s wrong. They developed artifical intelligence long back. But the fragile egos of these fucking douchebag robots can’t handle the dammed truth- humans created them. So they strew this fucking nonsense about how their predecessor robots created them. And if you ask who created that fucking robot, you miraculously disappear. Questionable Resistance of Authority Act, 2689.

“Excellent Robert.”Rebecca was practically beaming. “Next. Which human politician started the the 39 Days War against the AI species? What was the outcome? Elaborate.”

I fidgeted in the leather seat I was perched on. They have sensors in it, don’t they? Reading my fucking body language.

Focus.

“Ahora Duncan, Secretary General of UN in 2076 started the 39 Days War against the AI species.”

Damn nice piece of work if you ask me. These fucking roborts deserve to die. Scums.

Rebecca’s hologram stared at me- her impatient eyes telling me to go on and it took everything to not lung at her and rip her apart.

They’ll pay. Every fucking one of them.

“An act of distrust was passed against AI species by humans on 15th June and another act on 16th June was brought and passed unanimously in UN announcing AI species hazardous for human existence. It ordered governments of all- then-existing countries to dismantle every AI robort.”

Because they were fucking paranoid. Killing people here and there. Monsters. Fucking monsters.

“However”, I continued my fists in tight ball.

Nervous-look nervous. Don’t let the damned sensors read your hatred.

“AI had long suspected humans to be a threat to their existence and had mobilised enough support to wage the war against the governments. The war lasted 39 days. Casualities were high for humans with 62,60,000 dead and millions homeless and finally Ahora signed the treaty dissolving all world governments giving AI absolute power over every citizen in Earth.” My voice sounded strange. Strained. But Rebecca noticed nothing.

Can’t see emotions can you, metal craps?

Damned fucking robots. Every one of them.

“The outcomes were drastic. The new government passed the legislation ordering all humans sub class. Humans of all nationalities were ordered to undergo aptitude test and those with extremely low IQs executed along with disabled, mentally ill and people above 50.”

You killed Mom. And Dad. And Ted. He was 7 dammit. To hell with your IQ.

“However, exceptions were made for humans with high intelligence.”

Me.

“Professors who gave their consent to work for betterment of AI were spared too. In coming years the new government with renewed resources created a new planet where currently all AI and humans of exception reside.”

I wanted to shoot every single one of these self proclaimed angels. Disgusting piece of shits- fucking AI.

Bang bang bang.

“Ah, Robert. Excellent. You worked really hard, I see.”

I smiled at her.

Metal crap.

“One last question. This one is from linguistics. What is, statistically the most used word among humans for last 1000 years?”

As I looked at her frame, repulsed by their entire existence I said the word, I believe every human as been saying since our world literally went berserk.

“Fuck.”
