Wonder woman

These eyes ask for you
And I tell them a lie
That you will come
And for sure I will have a sight of yours.
And then these can gaze you till eternity.

This heart aches for you
And I distract it towards other things.
And say there are other beautiful things to care for.
And there are nights,
When I could not sleep
I console myself that
I really need to sleep so that I can Dream about you.
There are days when I feel emptiness, I feel your absence, when I miss the way you gazed at me and smiled.
There are times, when I cry hardest
There are times, when I can't confine these wall of heart, and when it burst, I am not able to control my tears.
There are times when every part of me revolts against me, and I am not consolable.

Then too I say if you would have been the one, I would not have had these days.
If you had been the right one, would not let me feel that way.
Hence I always make myself understand.
To move further away from the love I felt and the love you could not give.
I keep walking daily away from all this
And waiting for the day when it will be over.
And then will congratulate myself for being this strong.
