Those little gestures you make

The way a crease forms on your forehead when you smile

and light up when the sun lights up the sky

For painting rainbows in my grey colored life

I just want to say...

I miss you

I miss how everything gets better when you're near

How my tears just disappear

How a single touch makes me feel okay

Makes me feel home

Made me feel that I was not alone

But now...the you I lost makes me feel alone

Shattered my only home

The you I lost causing me pain

bringing tears into my eyes

Turning me insane

I want to get mad at you

Hate you

Blame you

Ask you...why?

Why did you arrive when you would've left so early

Why bring warmth when the cold is drawing near

Why...why...I kept asking

Do not get me wrong

I don't hate you,

I love you

Then, I realized that I might hurt a lot less if I just didn't care about you

and I am incapable of that
