You Lost Me

You lost the girl who makes you smile while she's dying inside.

You lost the girl who sacrifices her own happiness just to help you build yourself.

You lost the girl who is proud of you when the world could no longer feel you.

You lost your number one fan, your cheerleader.

You lost the girl who understands you when you can not even understand yourself.

You lost the girl who wants to be with you no matter how broke she is.

You lost the girl who loves you more than you love yourself.

You lost the only alive flower from that vase because you threw it.

You lost her because you gain your ego and chose it over her.

One day, when you look at that vase you will remember her. You will cry in sadness of not having anyone beside you. You will look for her beautiful face that keeps your heart beating. You will look for that love you just wasted. 

She was the one who can give you all you need but never receive the love she deserves. She knew her worth. She hopes you knew it too. She knew that she is worthy of love and attention. She loves you but then she is still a person who knows how to walk when she can no longer endure the pain.

She is me. You lost me. 

You lost me but not the love in me. And that is what hurting me the most.
