It's funny really,
When we've never even met,
(Hell, you wouldn't know I even exist)
But still,
It doesn't change the fact,
I love you.

What else is funny is how I can relate  to you,
When I don't know if what I listen is true,
Or how much of truth is there,
But it doesn't change the fact,
That every time, well, almost every time,
When anything happens,
Whether I am sad,
Heartbroken,
Confused,
Or when I feel alone,
Or when I  cannot make myself to talk to them,
Or when I cannot find my way out,
Pretty much every time;
I come to you,
And you always have something to say,
Something that makes me feel better,
Keeping me going.

You'll never know what you did to me,
But still,
I wanna tell you how beautiful you are from where I'm standing,
And then there's the pain, but I promise you,
I won't let it turn into hate,
For I know,
They can't take my youth away,
This soul of mine will never break,
But though sometimes it all gets a little too much,
I know that soon the fog will clear up.

Then there's the days when I can't help but think every song's about me,
I think too much when I'm alone;

And when they say,
"You can't do it"
I think of a bittersweet song,
When you say guess I gotta show you,
At least you have someone you want to prove yourself to.

So, what I mean is,
I know that I will be okay,
So I don't let it get in my way,
That though sometimes I feel like giving up,
I won't,
Because,
You're there,
Then there's my best friend, a friend, and a brother,
Telling me to just hold on,
You're there,
When I cannot talk to them,
Saying,
Everything will be all right.
