A lost wish

Info

Empty bottle along the shore

Came from the ocean

Blown by the winds

You said I am your wish

And you knew where to find me

I was waiting all along but you didn't come

Somebody came and picked me up

Rubbed my body full of scratch

Lift me up and checked unto the light

He throw me hard when he saw a crack

I was of no use and so was left behind

The tide brought me to the place where I was

I kept still and wait til you're back

It was cold and I feel shattered

I wait for the morning rays to shine once more

I saw thy feet walking towards me

I said "finally! He who wishes came and found me!"

But I was wrong, another set walks beside you

You stopped and looked at the ocean

Mumble words I can't seem to hear

I broke when you knelt and took out a ring

I was the one waiting but somebody else gained

You should've not said I was your wish if you won't come

You were near yet you never come close

I was your wish and you were mine

But that set of feet took you when you were just few miles away

I'll keep my close on this shore

Wait 'til you come back and pick me up

I may be empty but I'm full of love

I hope you'll come back and find me whole

Not broken in pieces or full of crack

Somebody might come and pick me up

Throw me, kick me, or break me in bits

Please come and save me, you are my wish.
