Blank

I sat down to write
Everything blank.
A pen in my hand,
A page to write.
But in my mind,
Everything is white.

I am sad!
I am hurt!
But don't assume ,
I am a flirt!

The words that I write
Feels "oh! So cliche"
But that's isn't right!
Everything is real.
Everything is right.
But who can trust
So perfection?
In a world,
where imitation is passion.
& limitation of words
A crime.
So, with No words of originality
I am at blank.
Hope you understand, why?

I turn to the radio,
& ghazal comes to life.
Like a flame on a candle
It makes my heart flare bright.
The lyrics makes me wonder.
If I could write those words
& Convey to her at next sight.
But again, it will be a crime,
As those are the message
I want to convey
But the words are stuck
With copyright.

With this,
My letters would be
Blank.
My heart,
A petal of rose;
Scattered across the whites
Turning it red.
With droplets of tears
Will fill the first page wet.
A novel, depicting a love story
Is nothing but Blank.
& The reason is just
Like 13 reasons why?
Death of her,
Turned it into a blank.
No names, no titles.
Just goodbyes!
