Embrace

Eyes fixed on the sky, music and laughter surrounds. I wonder if this summer sky seems beautiful to all as they say, then why does it seem grey to me.

With millions of questions running wild inside of me like a passing bolt, i return to my room. As i close the door behind, darkness surrounds me. I sit down near my bed, very little in the room visible. Darkness inside me is darker than this room.

Millions of questions rise inside me, questioning my existence and worth of each breath i take. I feel this unbearable pain in my chest as if it wants to sink into the floor. Am i the one in pain or the one causing this pain? Feeling like victim and yet a culprit, i wonder who to blame? Am i the one to be blamed?

Lying down i embrace myself, head resting on the cold floor, arms tightly wrapped around me, its a hell i cant escape.
