He grinned. “It’s a song, right?”
“No.”
He fell silent for a moment when he heard her then spoke again. “Oh. What’s happening to you?”
“Is the line good?” She replied.
“It’s okay. Typical.”
She smiled. If only he knew she meant every word in those two lines.
