Happy Father's Day

Dear Dad,

No fancy photos. No extravagant hashtags.

You are miles apart from me, but are you? For you always have another abode in my heart. You are so much more than a device to garner likes on Social media! You've slogged it out for years, for me, and continue to do so. You have taken the pains to ensure my well-being, and have strived to ensure my happiness.
I do not have pictures of us that can take social media by storm, but I have words that express my gratitude towards you.

24 hours are never enough to appreciate what you have done for me throughout my lifetime. I do not need one specific day for showing my love and appreciation for you. I can do it everyday. But since this day has been kept aside for as such, I shall wish you too, certainly!

So here's me wishing you a very Happy Father's Day, my dear Dad! You have been my inspiration, and will always be.
