Hey, J

By Z. L
Info

To the boy named J
All I could say is "hey"
To you, whose presence turned grey
Are you like a ghost on a day?

To the boy named J
I hope to hear from you today
Questions, I have many to say
Like, "Why did you run away?"

To the boy named J
I always wonder everyday
How you turned such a bad day
To a big hurray

To the boy named J
When we met that day
To your eyes, how did I display?
Am I a turn-off or someone you'll look for every single day?

To the boy named J
You once said one yesterday
That you couldn't forget our partway
Those lovely words, in my mind, made a replay

To the boy named J
You were bounded by love you threw away
Upon realizing that, I distanced away
For you both, I pray

To the boy named J
You suddenly barged in my peaceful everyday
I wondered at first, yet I can never say
Afraid that you may walk away

To the boy named J
I think you're probably lonely and grey
So you're looking for someone gay
To make a sunshine ray

To the boy named J
How I wish I could go back to that day
When my guard is up and I'm not astray
To all this thoughts you casted upon my way

To the boy named J
I hope you can just unsay
Those sweet words you left in my doorway
That clouded my sunny day

To the boy named J
Please tell me to stop feeling this way
This uneasiness, this betray
I could only turn into essay

To the boy named J
This is where we part our way
Do not worry, I shall not ever display
A kind heart willing to listen and understand every single day
