I am staring at my monitor on my work desk. It's been three hours since I arrived at the office. I tried to open my work files but I just kept staring at it and scrolling blindly through the databases.

12:45 pm

I am still not working on the databases. I feel nauseous, nervous, and cold. I edited my resume. I will start writing my resignation letter this weekend. I figured I really have to be honest with every word since the old lady (my boss) and old man (my boss' boss) deserves at least that amount of respect.

12:54 pm

I am about to go have lunch. I finished my first bottle of water. For the-

I just finished my lunch break. I had a vegan lunch. I talked with co-workers. We don't have long talks but I tried to drag the conversations just to have a bit of sense while talking to each of them. It was tiring. It made me realize I need to refill my water tumbler. I feel so thirsty. I could hear my officemate talking with her friend from the other side of the hallway. My other officemates at the accounting department are currently fixing the payroll, I think. I still haven't opened my work files after closing it awhile ago without doing anything with it. I want to go home.

3:15 pm

I wanna pee.

3:39 pm

I feel our dismissal coming close. I want to be mad about myself because I can't be productive at the most crucial moment.

4:00 pm

I have 30 minutes to fix my stuff and get ready to go home. Just another day of unproductive and helpless negativity.
