It wasn't because I don't love you

I once promised not to give up and let you go.

I once promised to love you two times of my entire life; 'till it hurts and 'till it hurts no more. 

I once promised to be patient in all quarrels we would be having. 

I once promised to give you countless chances, to choose you no matter what happens and to wait until everything gets better and I swore to keep every promises I made but I failed. 

I gave you up and let you go. Though I loved you so much even when it hurts yet when it kept on hurting, my heart couldn't bear the pain. I tried holding my horses until it explodes. Yes, I gave you chances, chose you over and over again until my heart stopped because it cannot bear another heartache and i know it'll never get better.

My love, let me just clear things to you... I chose not to keep my promises not because i dont love you anymore. To tell you honestly, my heart still beats for your name and is longing for you. Eventhough it's shattered it still longs for you but it got tired.

I let you go and decided to give up the fight because I know i'll never win. I stopped from holding back to give importance to myself. I decided to give my self a chance to be happy. I decided to free myself from pain, from worries, from tears.

It wasn't because I dont love you anymore... it's because I decided to love myself more.
