Mann

How to differentiate between 'Mann' and 'Brain'.

Firstly I am unable to find an 'exact' English word for mann, probably there isn't one, because google did not translate it to anything substantial.

I started classifying what was going on within me and my observation was 

When it is about any feeling or experience, be it happiness, sorrow, care, stress etc. It's mann doing all the talking. Something that's unique to everyone -  that's what add the personal touch.

When it is about technicalities, universal truths, classifying, analyzing- it is the brain doing all the talking. 

It is not all black and white - there are grey areas too. What if -

- When one tries to analyze or classify emotions; dissect feelings to understand it. There is a severe internal conflict happening.

- Another scenario is when it's about ' how you feel' about the whole technical aspects of classifying or analyzing. Again internal conflict.

Also there are times of restlessness but we confuse it with chaotic brain. The whole process of writing this personally helped me in achieving a clarity of thoughts and emotions. Now, I know when it is the thoughts messing my brain or the emotions clouding my mann.
