Miss you! The Lost Me

Miss you! The lost me. I didn’t realize when you said goodbye and left. But now I realize what have I lost. I lost that childish smiles…replaced now by conscious smiles, I lost that innocence…replaced now by matured thoughts. I even lost the simple way of expressing my sadness, weakness, or shortcomings…replaced now by the skill of showing off.

Oh! I even lost the innocent way of trusting people blindly…replaced now by tactful judgement. Those times are lost when I was licensed to speak and do whatever I wanted to…replaced now by controlled speeches and actions.

In this fast life, busy life, with increasing criticisms and challenges, we have to update ourselves to survive in this world and present our polished versions. Miss you, the unpolished, the raw, the real me.
