That day you were looking dapper
extremely attractive extremely fair
And then you smiled at me
your fair bright smile
lightened up my day
I saw the blooming of flowers
i heard melodious falls around
i felt the fumes of love in the air
that was the first time
you looked into my eyes
I don't know about you
But i felt heavenly dead
i kept drowning in your eyes
i did not wished to be saved
by you or anyone else
i did not seek for any help that day
I just drowned to measure the depth
But ultimately failed in the task
And then you took my hands into yours...
i felt a cold shiver
in the month of june
but opposite to my body
my cheeks they were getting
Red hot... a natural blush
I could feel the fire of my heart
burning my cheeks
and whole of the blood flushed in there
Trying to act as fire extinguisher
But instead acted as fuel to the fire
that was the first time
you confessed your love
And that tore me apart
i was divided into two pieces
A friend and a lover
because that love was not for me
the world felt upside down
heavens turned into hell
hills turned into erupting volcanos
scaring me to the death
but life felt happy no more
And death felt as a medicinal relief
But still I chose to live
live without your smile
your touch and your look
I met you as a friend
but parted as a one sided lover
Though sad for myself outside
i am happy for you inside
at least you are not the sufferer
sufferer of an unrequited love
