Tell me about that story again,
Where you were the king
And I was your queen.
How you build a castle for me,
Out of shinning glasses
And memories.
How you dress me up,
In soft lies
And pretty dreams,
And how you promised to love me forever,
And how I always thought,
It'll be enough.
All the time we danced along
To the songs of birds
And crickets cries,
How we glide across different worlds,
With few steps
And hands allied.
Don't forget all our plans,
To conquer every Kingdom
We came across,
And all the horses you wanted to tame,
So we could go
On a midnight stroll.
And all the times when you declared war,
On your own,
Loving queen,
Yes, I'll hear about that too,
So tell me,
How it happened exactly.
Oh, and about how I always
End up raising
A white flag,
While you sit at your thorn,
With blood dripping
Blades.
And then how you said
That you must have lost your mind,
Because your reign's too big
And sometimes enemy did attacks,
But you still Love me,
Nonetheless.
Tell me all these lies again,
Tell me how many fort you climb,
Tell me with a smile on your face,
So I can see my heart breaking
Inside your beautiful eyes.
Tell me about our story again,
Just tell me,
One last time.
For those living away from home & For those too who are at home, to let them know what they have.
