There she goes again
walking around town wearing a fake smile,
paired with her favorite sunnies
to cover her weary eyes,
which tell the truth that it was all a lie.
Oh how they all loved her laugh.
Fools!
If they only knew,
a sinking weight is stuck
at the bottom of her heart.
Everything is heavy,
but she already mastered the art
of shifting into this intense calm
so no one can really see
That she's all out of love.
She's empty as a robbed room.
She had given all of her,
every piece of her heart,
for the voltures to feast on.
Not sparing a single one for herself,
Never asking anything in return.
But how she wished
someone would give her willingly
the things she deserves.
Yet she never got tired
of telling her heart to stop crying.
After all,
she is her own hero.
She is her own savior.
And she'll fight, until she can't anymore.
Cause that's the way
life has always been for her.
She knows she can't depend on anyone,
So she tries to save herself.
Because if she can't, then no one else can.
I usually write base on other people's story. This time it's about me and how I borrow their feelings
