No doubt, are words that some live by.

But hey, what about when you can't?

When you're too exhausted to even try.

That's your cue to relax and rewind,

Paint, draw, trek, drive, write, sleep or cook?

Whatever is your jam, bro,

Even if it is a day-in with your favorite book.

You'll see that one colleague partying hard,

Or that guy who took her girl on a date.

First if all, just stay off the damn 'gram sometime,

People like to show off, don't be their bait.

Personally, I love to play my Uke,

Other times you'll find me with a book.

Some times, I avoid social interactions for a bit.

I find peace in solidarity, for others it may be the opposite.

So, what else can you do?

When you feel a bit gloomy and blue.

Social media detox, or a nice long shower,

Find what's best for you, don't give stress so much power.
