Love taught me pain

The pain of pushing someone away

Living taught me suffering

Because with every breath I have consumed fire

Life taught me my worth

And honestly, I'd trade myself for almost anything

I taught myself to never give up

I'm still stuck here trying to forget this one

Solitude taught me how to be friend

And I've been trying to be there for people I care about

Ignorance taught me how to fight

How to fight for a place in someone's life even when they don't want me

Friendship taught me to share

To share other's pain and embrace it like my own

Friends taught me the truth

That I don't belong in anyone's life, nobody needs me

And all these years taught me to burn

Burn my soul with sleepless nights that last for eternity

Burn my head with useless thoughts that never fade

Burn the only one that cared with silence that never ends

Burn the world till only ashes remain without a trace of my existence
