This is Death...

To the suicidal,

I know your fear. The green blips and the high-pitched noise from the machine that is keeping you alive. The fear that the noise that irritates you in dawn suddenly stops. The fear that I'm always on the corner, waiting for it to happen.

Well, that's the fear of death. And no one can fully embrace it until they've passed on to the afterlife.

But to people who wants to take their own life, this is Death. And I want to tell you something.

I do not take you away from this world. You take me to yours. It is not I who calls you. It is you who calls me. You are almost always in control of your death. Problems that all humans face is often too frightening to conquer. There are problems that pushes us to really depressing moments and as Death, I have seen it a billion times.

But do not confuse depression with death. It might be linked but it is not the same. Depression are moments, death is eternal. 

Whenever you think that you have the biggest problem in the world, remember that you are not the only human in the world. Remember that everyday, millions of people suffers from problem even worse than yours. And yet, they keep on living. The thought of suicide crossed them but it didn't affect them. Because why should it?

Killing yourself won't save the problem. It wouldn't even change it! Nothing would!

In times when the edge of a razor blade touches your wrist, think that it is the coward way to go. The brave way to win is to fight the problem. 

Think you are useless in this world and no one will care after you die? The fact that I, Death, talks about you means there will always be someone who cares for your existence. Who are you to say that no one cares? What - you inhabited their body and read their thoughts? Even your so-called "enemies" cares about you!

You are never alone in this world. No one is. So never take away your life. That's Death speaking about it.

Problem are supposed to be defeated, not succumb to it. It won't change a thing. It never will. Trust my words - I'm Death.
