Tired of being broken

Of these cycles I can't seem to defeat

Tired of believing these lies

When I know they are not right

Afraid of the upcoming days

Days when I'm not myself

For there are just these moments 

When I don't seem to know

How to live

Have you ever been this way?

Or that I'm alone?

Unique in this living hell 

Demons leading the show

Some days I'm alright

But those days are when I'm in control

Why is it I can't always be

That kind of person? 

If this is a trial

Then it feels as if it is going to last forever

Will there be answers and cure

To this lost existence of mine?

Could we ever be like children again

Even when we already grew up? 

Then let me just end this with hope

That I pray will never snap
