Unsaid Words are Tragic

The scorching sun is reigning in the sky majestically but the dotted clouds are trying to steal its majesty. I heave a deep sigh, “does he still remember me?” I asked the zephyr wind as I look up to the sky, I closed my eyes letting the gentle wind to kiss my face and after a few seconds I heard a familiar footsteps so I immediately open my eyes. My jaw almost drop, am I dreaming? Is this real? I bit my lower lip, trying to calm the raging storm inside my chest. He looked so out of place here in the forest, he is standing near to me wearing a white long sleeves folded up to his elbow. His black slacks defined his long and iron clad legs. The sun rays is illuminating the beautiful features in his face, his hazel eyes is intently looking at me then he clenched his jaw. “I came back, but it seems that it didn’t bother you” he said in a baritone voice that made my knees weak. He flashed a ghost smile and talked again “Maybe the things that you’ve said were true, that you are not a human, because look at your face... it is still the same. Your youth remained, same as my feelings. It didn’t changed not even a bit.” I remained a straight face, yes I have this unfathomable feelings for him but we can’t be together. The spirits here in the forest said that a woman left me here and for them to protect me they casted a spell that if there is any human that will touch me, this person will disappear and in exchange of this person’s life, I will become a normal human. He doesn’t know this story and I don’t want him to know it.
“Could you please leave and forget me? I don’t want to see your face.” I want to run my hands in his hair, I want to hug him, I want him to stay… “You can really hurt me without even blinking” His voice is shaking… no please don’t cry because I might hug you. “Yes, because you are just a human” a human that is very important to me. I turned my back and my tears fell like a waterfalls, I walk slowly away from him but suddenly a warm chest covered my back, a familiar smell played in my nose and a warm arms covered my cold body. No… He can’t… “You are so cold…” his said as his body started to glow. I put my trembling hands in his face. “Why…why did you do this?” I asked in a hoarse voice “because I love you, and seeingyou turns your back to me breaks my heart.Did you hear it? Did you hear my heart?” I was about to answer him when he suddenly disappear, I tried to catch the little glittering particles that is slowly scattering but I can’t. He disappear without knowing or even hearing my true feelings for him. My knees fell on the cold ground, I closed my eyes and dreamed that he'll look for me again.
