What Lies Beneath The Darkness

He clung unto his dream that cold night of winter,

But his body feels so numb and cold.

He was devour by the darkness and he quiver,

His thoughts were grey and he wasn't able to hold.

I tried to extend my wounded hand for him,

But to my dismay he just wept and ignore

I delivered my saccharine voice to him,

He looks unfazed but not! He is insatiable

I want to save him from those fears, tears up to endless years

When he will cry, I'll use my thumb to brush his tears

When he will scream, I'll fight his fears

And I will hold his hands tightly until another unending years.

But sad to say his darkness is like a deadly disease,

It spreads like a wildfire that will surely break the tranquility.

I want to save him badly! But who will save me from these?

Its so cold, but I can't surrender I must show him my fathomless fidelity.
