You taught me how to love

How can I burn into ashes while I love you?
Love was supposed to be a song,
I was a plant,
You were supposed to sing and help me grow,
And I would help you breathe,
Where we grow together in love,
Where you nurture me,
And I care for you,
You took oxygen everyday,
While you stopped watering me,
You looked at me like I exist,
I would Wait for you because I loved you,
Slowly I felt weak,
I cannot stand,
My branches are unable to support me,
My leaves withered,
How am i burning into ahses while still in love?
I survived because it rained,
And now you come question me that you can't breathe?
Where was I wrong,when I gave everything of mine to you,
And you took it but never looked back,
How is it my fault?
When you stopped watering,
I was burnt to ashes but still learnt to survive,
I always knew love,
But you taught me how to love.
